Recurso de súplica.

La magistrada sustanciadora rechazó la demanda por considerar que quien actuaba como apoderado judicial, no era ciudadano colombiano y, por lo tanto, de conformidad con la jurisprudencia constitucional, no se cumplía la condición indicada para que la demanda, presentada por mandato, pudiera ser admitida.

La Sala Plena de la Corporación consideró que los motivos del rechazo fueron acertados, puesto que se fundaron en el ordenamiento jurídico y, por ello, decidió CONFIRMAR en su integridad el auto cuestionado.

  2. Segundo. A traves de la Secretaria General de la Corte, comuniquese el contenido de la decision al demandante, indicandole que contra esta no procede recurso alguno.
